A gentle kinetic work Inspired by the nearby Tamar Wetlands. A mass of timber batons suspended from the ceiling represent reeds, weaving their way through the internal play area like a river. Some reeds feature long reflective silver stems. Beneath the reeds, small silver fish swim in groups.
A series of floor cushions in custom fabric feature local children's illustrations, and allow them to lie on the floor, look up at the reeds, and imagine themselves as fish swimming in the river.
